Wine Blending and Bourassa Wine Tasting
with Vic Bourassa of Bourassa Vineyards 6:00- 8:00pm - $25.00
Become a winemaker for the evening. Vic Bourassa, Bourassa Vineyards in Napa Valley will teach you the mechanics of wine blending and sensory evaluation. The wine blending session is meant for team building and creating a wine to match your pallet. Each participant gets one tasting mat a pipette, and a wine score sheet. The wines used for the blending will be barrel samples of three or more Bordeaux varietals. The object of the excercise is to learn about sensory evaluation and the art of wine blending. You will have the opportunity to be your own winemaker and create a wine that you enjoy based on your flavor preference. Check our website for details.
